1. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies and components of the Master File.
2. Perform economic analyses and modeling in collaboration with senior team members.
3. Support audits and controversy projects by preparing documentation and analyses.
4. Assist in research on transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS and cross-border tax issues.
5. Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned engagements, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely completion.
6. Mentor and review work of Consultants, providing guidance, constructive feedback and technical support.
7. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and transfer pricing updates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
8. University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
9. A Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or Tax (ADIT), or actively pursuing one, will be considered an advantage.
10. 3–6 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, ideally in professional services or multinational transfer pricing/tax teams.
11. Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, benchmarking, comparables and economic modeling.
12. Solid analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
13. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
14. Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
16. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with transfer pricing software is an advantage.
