Responsibilities
* Operate excavators, positracks and skid steers across a range of projects.
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure safe operation.
* Follow instructions of site supervisors to achieve project objectives.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site-specific WHS requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and submit timesheets and dockets in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Hold minimum HR licence and construction induction (white card).
* Hold applicable plant licenses including RII tickets.
* Demonstrated experience operating plant equipment with GPS to a final trim level.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
* Ability to work independently unsupervised as well as part of a team.
* Commitment to safety.
* Willing to complete a pre-employment medical.
