Key Focus Areas
Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO on strategic and operational matters
Leading and supporting M&A activity, from evaluation through to execution and integration
Driving financial planning, performance management and cash discipline
Strengthening processes, controls and reporting within a scaling organisation
Providing insight to support commercial and operational decisions
Building and leading a high‐performing finance team
We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader with roughly 12–20 years of post‐university experience, combining strong technical foundations with real business acumen.
You will be comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment, with the credibility to influence at CEO level and the ability to operate both strategically and hands‐on. xpavfwm
