We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to ensure the smooth, timely deployment and support of the TrakCare Hospital Management System. The role involves hands‑on application expertise across support, requirements analysis, documentation, and change‑request testing, acting as a key product reference for our partners.
Responsibilities

- Provide immediate response to customer inquiries in accordance with service standards.
- Offer support to our existing customer base and act as the liaison between customers and the InterSystems Global Support organization.
- Deliver application support for the TrakCare system and implement it to meet business requirements following InterSystems methodologies.
- Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as required.
- Continue to improve customer satisfaction by soliciting suggestions for product and service improvements and escalating them to management.
- Participate in on‑site support meetings with customers or partners when required.
- Serve on the 24‑hour on‑call roster.
Qualifications

- BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field; degree in medical informatics, management information systems, systems engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
- Understanding of Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems.
- Knowledge of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements, and legislative controls.
