**ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB**
We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising senior talent to join us at our Operations Headquarters in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.
As Environmental & Ergonomic Coordinator you will guide, oversee and be responsible for ergonomic and environmental topics at the Italian level, with strong attention to compliance and improvement activities. You will be responsible for the KPIs in order to ensure continuous performance monitoring, to measure the status of the projects and to support the identification of aspects that can be improved. You will also manage the projects related to environment and ergonomics aimed at reducing the environmental impacts and the risks resulting from repetitive tasks and manual handling of loads.
Some responsibilities you will have related to the Environment are:
- Coordination of the activities related to environmental aspects for the Italian Manufacturing Plants.
- Development and management of guidelines on environmental aspects
- Management of the environmental monitoring and controlling activities
- Evaluation of environmental impacts
- Coordination of the activities of each Manufacturing Plant related to the management and qualification of waste disposal systems - with the aim to standardize them
- Ensure the technical and legislative supervision as well as the spread of legislative rules related to environmental aspects
- Management of environmental certifications
Related to Ergonomics, examples of responsibilities are:
- Development of improvement plans based on ergonomic risk assessment
- Coordination of activities for ergonomic risk assessment
- Standardization of procedures for each Plant at Italian level
- Internal Audit supervision
- Coordination of risk assessment and analysis
- Supervision of counselling activity on ergonomics
- Project management aimed at continuous improvement

- You have knowledge of norms related to environmental aspects and their implementation
- You have experience with continuous improvement techniques applied on environment-related topics
- You have knowledge of Lean principles
- You believe that without your team nothing is possible
- You are great in developing a fruitful network
- Fluent English and Italian
