As a key member of our international SCM Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) Team, you will engage with colleagues across regions to foster a culture of high performance and engagement. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ollibTraining and Development Strategy /b /liliDefine and develop a comprehensive, agile, and future-focused learning strategy and delivery plan. /liliEstablish and prioritize data-driven technology and evolving technologies, optimizing training products to enhance learning impact and user experience. /liliFoster a culture of continuous learning and development, promoting digital and self-directed learning tools and platforms. /liliMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms. /liliContinuously improve programs based on insights and best practices. /liliEnsure training resources are utilized effectively, aligning training priorities with business strategy. /liliEstablish and manage vendor relations, ensuring the acquisition of training opportunities from external providers. /liliProvide coaching and review the work of lower-level professionals as needed. /li /olollibSkills and Competency Development /b /liliWork cross-functionally with the Head of SCM, SCM HR Business Partner, and SCM Managers to identify changing skills needs and align business, talent, and learning outcomes. /liliDrive the development of skills, competencies, and career paths, aligning with talent management and succession planning. /li /olollibStakeholder Collaboration /b /liliCollaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li /olollibEmployee Engagement and Wellbeing /b /liliSupport employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives, acting as an internal engagement and culture ambassador. /liliAssist in activities that recognize and celebrate employee achievements and success stories. /li /olh3Your background /h3ulliUniversity degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. /liliAt least 10+ years of experience as a capability lead or similar role within an international business environment, with a proven track record in building a learning organization. /liliExperience in designing, developing, and leading large cross-organizational training and digital projects, including transition to digital environments. /liliBusiness fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of other languages is an asset. /liliOutstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences. /liliAbility to work independently with limited supervision. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
