We’re passionate about open source and creating cutting-edge technology products with an ethic of openness and trust.We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to own the creation of compelling, conversion-focused visuals across all of our outbound and inbound marketing efforts.Key responsibilitiesDesign and produce creative assets for campaigns across social, paid media, email, and events.Create high-impact visuals for whitepapers, landing pages, case studies, blog graphics, and reports.Own the creative execution of brand assets for lead generation, influencer campaigns, and organic growth.Collaborate with the SEO/content team to develop visuals aligned with editorial strategy.Support the creation of short-form animated videos and assist in storytelling across platforms.Build scalable templates and creative frameworks for internal marketing use.Work with the Head of Marketing to evolve the Exein brand across all channels and touchpoints.Support event design needs, including booth visuals, banners, and downloadable assets.Success will be measured byVolume and quality of design assets delivered monthlyEngagement rates on visual-driven content (CTR, CVR, video views)Brand consistency and visual impact across marketing touchpointsCreative support of pipeline-generating campaignsDelivery of visual assets that support global expansion and localizationQualifications3–5 years in marketing or brand design, preferably in B2B tech, cybersecurity, or SaaSStrong portfolio that includes campaign assets, whitepapers, landing pages, and adsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or CanvaExperience working on social and paid media creativesAbility to translate marketing briefs into clear, high-performing visualsStrong grasp of visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistencyAI-savvy, able to work with AI tools to create visuals at scaleBonus: Motion design and video editing experienceBonus: Familiarity with Webflow or other CMS platformsLocationRome - Hybrid (Piazzale Flaminio, 19)The interviews will be held in English
