* Transport Broker
* Transport / Logistics Agency professional

* Warehouse operations
* Purchasing / procurement
* Administrative roles
* Or other logistics-related positions without direct commercial responsibility
Minimum required experience: 1–3 years in road freight sales or brokerage.

To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Transport Manager who understands the freight market and can operate independently from day one.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the road freight sector
* Actively acquire new clients and expand the company's customer portfolio
* Prepare and negotiate customized commercial offers
* Work closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
* Monitor market trends, rates, and competitors
* Achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong ownership mindset
Your Profile
* Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker, or within a Transport Agency
* Solid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamics
* Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
* Fluent English required
* Italian, German, or another European language is a strong xjrgpwk advantage
* Highly autonomous, target-driven, and commercially minded
* Willingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours/week)
Full-time, stable contract (38.5h/week)
Annual gross salary range: €40,000 – €70,000, based on experience and performance
