Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage procurement for New Product Introductions, collaborating with R&D, Engineering, Quality and Production to ensure components meet specs and cost targets. You’ll drive supplier selection, cost analysis and TCO optimization, and support cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge production processes and the chance to influence future products within an innovative, growth-focused environment. You will actively shape procurement strategies for NPI initiatives and contribute to performance improvements.

* Coordinate procurement activities for new projects from concept to mass production
* Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to define component specifications
* Identify, evaluate and select suppliers meeting technical, quality and cost requirements
* Conduct cost analyses and manage NPI budgets and target pricing
* Negotiate NPI final prices ensuring alignment with requirements and target cost
* Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, delivery, and cost during development
* Acquire knowledge of production processes to inform strategic purchasing decisions
* Contribute to optimizing NPI procurement processes and share best practices
* Act as interface between Procurement and other development teams and provide project updates
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related field
* Experience in industrial contexts or supply chain/procurement is a plus
* Strong data analysis, costing and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Interest in learning production processes and technologies
* Proactive, adaptable, with strong written and spoken communication in Italian and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
