We are searching for a strategic and results-driven
Supply Chain Senior Manager
to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for our client the agriculture solutions business, across the European and Asia Pacific regions.
This leadership role is responsible for planning and scheduling, procurement, logistics and distribution, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain management within a
chemical manufacturing organization
serving the agriculture sector.
Strong competencies in logistics and warehouse management are requested, as well as experience in
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
, regulatory compliance, order management, and strategic sourcing to ensure efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Build a high-performing supply chain organization that supports the business's strategic goals and functional excellence within the region
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with global supply chain vision and business objectives, including long-term planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation
Lead logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and compliant product delivery
Oversee sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of raw materials and services
Implement and manage the Integrated Business Planning process for the region, including production scheduling and inventory optimization to balance service levels, working capital, and operational efficiency
Drive best practices across Planning, Logistics and Procurement, ensuring alignment across manufacturing sites
Partner with R&D;, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to align supply chain strategies with product development and market demand
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including Oracle and IBP adoption, to improve transparency, traceability, and data-driven decision-making
Your Profile
Strong business knowledge of customers, markets, and products
High level of integrity, ability to manage ambiguity, and a proactive, self-directed approach
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines without formal authority
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make impactful decisions
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent education
Minimum 10 years of experience in S&OP;/IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Procurement, Order Management, or Materials Management
Prior experience in the agricultural market
ASCM – CPIM certification is preferred
