Experteer OverviewIn this role you will translate recruitment and retention strategies into actionable plans for small to mid-size studies, coordinating with sponsors and project teams. You’ll act as the operational focal point for recruitment efforts, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and progress against milestones. You will manage budgets, risks, and vendor relationships while driving process improvements to boost recruitment performance. You’ll present strategies to site and sponsor teams, train staff, and support workshops to optimize patient enrollment.
