Job Description
The role is for a Director / Directrice of the plant.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the organization and direction of the plant, coordinating staff and production activities.
The responsibilities also include optimizing resource usage, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards and achieving company objectives.
Requirements
Previous experience as a plant director in structured production contexts.
Technical managerial title (Diploma or Degree).
Communication, coordination and planning skills.
Good knowledge of the Office package.
Location & Hours
Workplace: Udine Sud (UD).
Hours: Tempo pieno on a daily basis.
