Location: Genoa, Italy.
Reporting line: Executive Chairman of Almo Group and President of Fondazione Capellino.

Since 2018, 100% of Almo Nature has been donated to Fondazione Capellino, a no profit body with the purpose of the safeguard of biodiversity and the biosphere, thus creating an economical model called Reintegration Economy: a system that gives back to nature what production takes away.
The Reintegration Economy takes place whenever corporate profits, public funds and individual contributions are returned to support directly and indirectly biodiversity. In Almo Nature and Fondazione Capellino, we are already putting this into practice.

The role
We are looking for a Group Communications Director to lead and coordinate the communication strategy of Almo Nature Group across Europe, USA and Canada.
This is a senior leadership role for a person who combines strategic thinking, creative vision and strong organizational skills. The role covers all communication sub-disciplines and ensures consistency, quality and alignment across countries, channels and audiences.
In this role, responsibility at Group level means leading both product communication and activism communication.
The Group Communications Director will work closely with senior leadership and will play a key role in strengthening the Group's identity, reputation and visibility, while translating the uniqueness of Almo Nature and the Reintegration Economy into clear, engaging and distinctive communication. Your existing materials already position this kind of work around integrated strategy, storytelling, PR, digital, trade support and activism-oriented messaging.
Key responsibilities
* Define and lead the Group communication strategy across all markets.
* Coordinate all communication sub-disciplines, including corporate communication, brand communication, PR, digital, social media, content, internal communication, trade communication and events.
* Ensure coherence of brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across countries and touchpoints.
* Shape compelling narratives around Almo Nature, its products, the activmism and the Reintegration Economy.
* Oversee media relations, external visibility and reputation management.
* Supervise communication plans, campaigns, content and key corporate messaging.
* Coordinate internal teams, local stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
* Support top management with strategic communication and positioning.
Your profile
* Significant experience in senior communication roles, ideally in international and multi-market environments.
* Proven ability to lead integrated communication across multiple disciplines.
* Strong storytelling, editorial and brand sensibility.
* Solid organizational skills and ability to coordinate complexity across teams and countries.
* Experience in media relations, reputation management and strategic communication.
* Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.

* Fluent English is essential; other languages are a plus.
