This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, coordinating security personnel, and identifying and assessing potential risks. This includes: /pulliSetting up the function and implementing Vodafone Corporate Security policies best practice /liliDirect responsibility for all Corporate Security operational activities and advice across VST business and function /liliSponsor and coordinator of local Corporate Security agenda /liliSupport the engagement with external stakeholders on VST operational Corporate Security matters /liliSupport Property, Facilities Security manager in all on-site building activities in all VST locations and ensure consistency between implemented measures and Group policies /liliFocus on mitigating all types of threats, ensuring compliance with broader regulations, and managing the overall Corporate Security posture, often reporting to leadership /liliKey activities: Overseeing guards, developing emergency plans, managing risk across departments, and aligning corporate security with business goals /liliCollaboration: Work with IT Security, Legal, Property, Procurement, HR and business functions /liliKey accountabilities and decision ownership /liliLeading support to VST in all operational matters regarding: Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Personnel and Physical Security, Fraud Management, Supplier security, Security Awareness, Access management, BEMS – Security devices /liliResponsible for the production and delivery of local strategies, internal policies, advice and consultancy in the above areas in line with Group policies and local laws /liliSecretary to the VST Crisis Management Team /liliSupporting the reporting manager to engage on these issues with governments, international organisations and NGOs /li /ulh3Key performance indicators /h3ulliDevelopment and reporting of corporate security KPIs in line with Group Corporate Security requirements /liliRecognition from Internal Functions Business units of the quality of advice and consultancy provided on security issues /liliRecognition from Compliance, Internal Audit and other functions of the maintenance of high policy standards /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pCore competencies, knowledge and experience: /pulliHighly developed leadership skills, especially in an international environment /liliExperience of the full range of corporate security risks and mitigation strategies, processes and systems /liliEffective communication and influence skills, deployable at all levels of the organisation in a matrix structure /liliFluent in English and Italian /liliAbility to act calmly and effectively as the leader in fast-moving and complex security operations /li /ulpMust have technical / professional qualifications: /pulliProfessional and/or academic qualifications in operational security risk management /liliOr significant relevant experience operating at a senior level in an operational security environment /li /ulpNice to have: CBCI / CBCP – Certified Business Continuity, ISO or other certifications relevant in the field /ph3Not a perfect fit? /h3pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
