IT Systems Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and provide first-level helpdesk support. This role involves working closely with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, maintaining and improving IT infrastructure.
This position requires the ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to new challenges. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing first-level Helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.
* Assisting in system administration tasks, including managing user permissions and configurations.
* Maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network components.
* Supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
* Working closely with end-users to ensure their IT needs are met efficiently.
* Collaborating with the IT team on system improvements and implementations.
* Documenting technical processes and solutions for internal use.
* Maintaining security protocols and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in helpdesk support, plus 2-3 years as a system administrator.
* Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
* Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication skills supporting both technical and non-technical users.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Passion for learning new technologies and tackling challenges.
