We are seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, a keen understanding of market trends, and the ability to create unique and fashionable designs that align with our brand vision.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFully driven by consumer needs and trends to execute the product strategy of Onitsuka Tiger.Lead and drive multiple men and women seasons/categories design from conceptualizations to finished products.Design medium to high complexity products with a refined aesthetic sensibility, leveraging your experience, passion, and technical expertise.Manage the planning, implementation, and analysis of merch briefs and line plans, and ensure creative designs are aligned with branding guidelines and commercial needs.Review and approve materials, colors, and final styles based on input from Design, Merchandising and Product development teams.Present your work confidently to large audiences, and engage in constructive, objective feedback exchanges.Stay updated with outdoor industry developments, new technologies, and design techniques. Your ExperienceBachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.Proven experience of at least 3 years in a designer role.
