This role will focus on the South of Italy with base ideally in Campania, Apulia or Lazio regions and offers the chance to shape the future of orthopaedic care, introduce groundbreaking robotics technology and work closely with surgeons and healthcare partners. What will you be doing?
You will be at the heart of expanding our orthopaedics and surgical robotics portfolio. Your days will take you into hospitals and operating rooms where you will support clinical teams, open new accounts and help surgeons adopt cutting edge robotic solutions. You will identify growth opportunities, build long lasting relationships, support system installations and play a key role in bringing advanced technology to life. This is a role where curiosity, partnership and commercial mindset come together to change patient outcomes for the better.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means bringing strong commercial drive together with the ability to connect meaningfully with clinical stakeholders. You will enjoy exploring new ideas, building trust and navigating complex environments to create sustainable growth.You will bring:
• Experience in medical devices, ideally orthopaedics or MedTech robotics
• Ability to prospect, open new business and drive the full sales cycle
• Intermediate English skills, and strong communication abilities across stakeholders
• Up to 50 percent travel ability and a valid driving licence
