Activities:
Responsible for the qualification and release of electrified and conventional transmission subsystems and parts within a project.
Creates DVP&R in cooperation with the design and simulation teams based on risks and historical data.
Definition of test objectives, specifications, instrumentation requirements, test configurations and acceptance criteria.
Support of test operations teams with set-up, execution, instrumentation and troubleshooting.
Performing and documenting test sample inspections and characterising test failure modes.
Manages test project schedules and tracks costs and efforts of validation projects.
Continuous improvement of validation methods and design processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical)
More than 3 years of progressive experience in powertrain development
Good knowledge of measurement systems and test methodology
Good aptitude for team working
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of English
German language knowledge is a plus
Driver License: B
