TXT e-solutions S.p.A., the holding company of the TXT Group Payroll Specialist to join its Payroll & Administration department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all routine and periodic administrative tasks (monthly, quarterly, annual) and social security matters relating to employee contracts. Main Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with mandatory obligations related to employment management according to current regulations (unilav, preparation of employment contracts, etc.). Record employee attendance, check data alignment, intervene on any anomalies related to attendance/absences. Manage and verify sick leave, maternity leave, and accidents. Ensure the correct processing of payroll in collaboration with our provider. Account for personnel costs in collaboration with the accounting department. Prepare reports and statistics related to personnel. Front-office activities with colleagues regarding payroll matters. Support for compensation & benefits and corporate welfare activities.
Required Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of the Office package. Good knowledge of the English language. At least 2-3 years of previous experience in the role.
Optional Technical Skills
Knowledge of SAP and the national collective labor agreements for metalworkers, industry executives, Confcommercio service sector employees, and service sector executives is desirable.
