Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and employer branding;
Acquire and retain clients;
Lead the full recruitment process: analyze client needs, publish job ads, screen CVs, manage interviews with candidates, and prepare presentation dossiers;
Close the selection loop and finalize placement.
