Financial Controller: We are offering the opportunity to join TXT Group, an expanding international holding company, and become part of the parent company's Administration, Finance and Control team. The position is ideal for professionals with 1-2 years of experience in auditing or management control who aspire to a role of responsibility and growth, with the opportunity to work directly with management and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Main responsibilities: Preparation and analysis of periodic reports (monthly and quarterly); Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis; Supporting the consolidation team and closing activities; Analysing the economic and financial performance of the assigned companies; Preparing presentations for management and internal companies within the group. Essential requirements: Degree in Economics or equivalent disciplines; 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an auditing firm (Big Four or similar) or a holding company; Excellent knowledge of Excel; Fluent English; Proactivity, precision and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP is considered a PLUS.
