They are currently driving a new, innovative project leveraging AI and LLM technologies.What You'll Be DoingAnalyze product documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, and UML Diagrams, to develop detailed test casesCreate and maintain comprehensive test suites to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalitiesExecute manual testing to validate the functionality and performance of applicationsExperience with test automation, particularly with tools such as Playwright and CypressOrganize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring stakeholder involvement and feedbackDevelop and maintain a robust test strategy that aligns with project objectives and timelinesProvide guidance and instruction to offshore testers, ensuring consistency and quality in testing practicesCollaborate and align with the TOP Overall Test Lead to ensure cohesive testing efforts across the organizationEvaluate LLM output quality using defined benchmarks, including feedback analysis and continuous improvement of evaluation frameworksContribute to test automation and data-driven validation processes for AI-powered featuresSupport performance optimization and infrastructure enhancements to ensure scalable and reliable system behaviorWhat You'll Bring AlongBachelor’s degree in Informatics/ or similar field of study/or equivalent working experience is requiredMinimum 7 years demonstrable experience in a Test Engineer Automation roleStrong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience with test automation frameworks, particularly PlaywrightProficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript.Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Xray TestRail). xlwpduy Hands-on experience in manual testing and the ability to translate complex requirements into executable test cases.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience in organizing and conducting User Acceptance TestingAbility to mentor and guide team members, particularly offshore testersRelevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plusFamiliarity with tax or financial domain terminology is a plusExperience with LLM evaluation methods, including benchmarking and assessing output quality is a plusFluency in German is mandatory
