Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, Saipem operates in over 50 countries with approximately 30,000 employees from more than 120 nationalities. /p pSaipem values diversity and inclusion, fostering a work environment that respects individual dignity and promotes collaboration, fairness, and support. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pThe Cost Control Engineer, part of the Project Control and Project Risk Management Department, will support cost control activities in coordination with the team, focusing on: /p ol liDeveloping project-specific Cost Control procedures. /li liCreating and revising the Control Budget based on the Commercial Budget during project execution. /li liImplementing and maintaining cost control systems at the project's initial phase, aligned with the client's headquarters and other sites. /li liMonitoring key cost parameters throughout project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction), analyzing variances, and proposing mitigation actions. /li liAssessing the impact of cost increases in one area on others. /li liMonitoring quantities and costs related to site variations and contractual changes. /li liSupporting risk management activities alongside the Risk Manager. /li liCollecting data on personnel, suppliers, procurement, logistics, and operational costs. /li liPreparing Cost Control Reports (PRISM) and variance analyses. /li liDeveloping project cash-flow plans. /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or Economic Sciences. /li liEnglish proficiency (B1-B2 level). /li li3-5 years of relevant experience. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office. /li liStrong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment. /li liExperience with EPC contractors in oil gas, energy, or construction sectors, especially with international projects, is a plus. /li /ul h3Location and Availability /h3 pFano (PU), Italy.
