About You As the Execution & Sell-Out Manager within the Kimberly-Clark Consumer Sales team in Italy, you will be responsible for the correct implementation of the commercial strategies of the company at the points of sale. Furthermore, you will lead the execution team for traditional and modern channels. You will report to the Customer Business Unit Leader Modern Trade and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Being responsible for the correct implementation of the commercial strategies of the company at the points of sale. - Leading the execution team for modern channels, following the market structure and metrics. - Weekly visiting to the points of sale of the different channels to monitor commercial implementations and leading the implementation of the visibility plans in the different sales channels. - Periodically monitoring and reviewing the competitive environment in the markets (prices, promotions, executions, etc.) - Generating the necessary guidelines in terms of communication materials at the point of sale (Visibility, POP, among others) in search of the optimization of resources according to market needs and adequate communication to the shopper through standardized manuals. - Proactively analyzing and identifying opportunities to improve the correct implementation of commercial strategies. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - Previous experience in a similar execution role at store-level in FMCG business management - Excellent selling skills, including negotiation, and closing ability - Knowledge of market structure and top customers organization - High level of people management skills both direct & indirect - Promote desired culture - entrepreneurial, winning, accountable, ownership and result oriented - Solid level of understanding of key finance documents (P&L, Balance, and Cash Flow) - Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making - Fluent in English and Italian We Offer To Be Considered Please submit your CV in English as it will be considered by English speakers.
