Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Junior Controller to join the Controlling team, with at least 2 years of experience gained in structured and international environments, who is eager to consolidate and further develop their management control skills in a dynamic, multi-country setting.
The role will report directly to the Business Controller and will actively contribute to financial and economic analysis activities, as well as to coordination between headquarters and international subsidiaries (USA, UK, France, Germany, Singapore, China, Australia, Dubai).
The position aims to strengthen the monitoring of economic performance by supporting the standardization of reporting processes and improving integration between local analyses and consolidated reporting. While maintaining an initial focus on the financial control of international subsidiaries, the role will offer, over time, the opportunity to broaden the scope of responsibilities and develop skills also in the area of industrial controlling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collection, analysis, validation, and monthly consolidation of the economic and financial data of international subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting deadlines.
* Support to local budgeting and forecasting processes, in coordination with subsidiary managers and the central Finance function.
* Monthly variance analysis versus Budget and Forecast, identifying key drivers and preparing qualitative commentary to support management decision-making.
* Development and production of management reporting and ad hoc analyses for senior management, working closely with local teams and HQ to ensure continuous alignment of financial information.
* Support in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of shared KPIs and periodic subsidiary activities, also through the use of control checklists and governance tools.
* Contribution to the improvement and standardization of local processes, including cost accounting, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay cycles, with a focus on efficiency and data comparability.
* Verification of consistency and reconciliation between local subsidiary reporting and consolidated Headquarters data.
* Daily interaction with international Finance teams and participation in field activities at assigned subsidiaries, including the preparation of structured reports documenting activities performed (marketing initiatives, trade fairs, events, assets, lease agreements, etc.).

Key Competencies & Requirements:
* Technical diploma in Accounting/Business Administration, followed by a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Law, Management Engineering, or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience within the Management Control / Controlling function of structured companies, preferably operating in an international environment.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
* Advanced proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset, with a high level of attention to detail and results orientation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong team player, comfortable working with international stakeholders.
