The Opportunity:
The candidate will support the Sales Team on a temporary basis (maternity cover), building, managing and developing new account plans to achieve targeted sales.
The candidate will be involved in the following areas or activities:
1. Develop and implement the key accounts plans, sell-in and sell-out.
2. Make the sales phasing planning by month.
3. Improve business through increasing sales and profitability.
4. Market research-competition analysis.
5. Support the channel manager in executing the sales and trade marketing strategy with a strict finance control.
What Your Impact Will Be:
6. Development and implementation “win-win” relations with the customers.
7. Develop, integrate and implement key accounts plans.
8. Deliver customers sales objectives and targets.
9. Sales phasing planning by month for the different customer assigned.
10. Strict analysis and P&L control from customer assigned.
11. Continuous negotiation along the year: contracts, agreements, catalogues, etc.
12. Built directly with Marketing and Brands a meaningful customized plan. While align sales with brands product and quotas target.
13. Coordinate with all departments and functional areas from Mattel to maximize customer satisfaction.
14. Identify opportunities, bring new ideas and different proposals to improve the business in those accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
15. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a (FMCG) multinational company.
16. Experience in multi-channel retailing and knowledge about e-retail marketing and e-retail sales. Hypermarkets key account experience will be valuable (i.e. Conad, Coop, Carrefour)
17. Bachelor’s degree in business administrations or similar.
18. Passion about brands and consumers.
19. Knowledge of the sales techniques.
20. Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel.
21. Native Italian, fluent in English.
