Responsibilities
* Direct support of the CEO in all business matters;
* Organisation of appointments and travel;
* Responsibility for ongoing correspondence and central interface for internal and external communication, in charge of the online presence of the Group (through our LinkedIn pages and site - to be developped);
* Preparation of reports, presentations and analyses;
* Management or coordination of projects on behalf of the CEO;
* Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings and company events.
Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in Economics, Law, Political / Social Science / Marketing&Communication;
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
* Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization both in Italian, English (C2).
* Knowledge of French is a plus;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point);
* Willing to take on increasingly greater responsibilities in the areas of Organization, Communication and Sustainability.

Company
Scafi is the operational holding of a group of companies in the port towing sector and is currently active in Italy through two operating companies, Rimorchiatori Riuniti Spezzini (La Spezia) and Carmelo Noli (Savona-Vado). In 2016 it acquired JPS ( Rijeka - Croatia) and in 2018 was awarded a twenty-year concession in the port of Safi, Morocco. In 2019 Scafi signed a joint venture with Vernicos from which a new company renamed Vernicos-Scafi was born, operating mainly in the Piraeus area and in the port of Thessaloniki.
