Social Media Community Operations (50%) /pulliManage content calendars and publish across platforms: Twitter (X), Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Discord /liliCreate content that drives growth, interaction, and Web3-native engagement /liliOperate and moderate community channels such as Discord and Telegram /liliUse memes, trends, and storytelling to connect with audiences authentically /liliTrack KPIs and social metrics to refine content and community strategy /liliBuild a consistent and on-brand social presence across all channels /li /ulp2. Project Brand Promotion (20%) /pulliDraft project-level brand campaign strategies and execution plans /liliSupport company-wide brand positioning and communications strategy /liliExecute brand collaborations, campaign activations, and community co-marketing efforts /liliCollaborate across teams (PR, design, growth, KOL) to ensure consistency and delivery /li /ulp3. Content Creation Publishing (15%) /pulliProduce visual and narrative content including memes, short videos, infographics, and education-focused posts /liliUse tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut for efficient and high-quality content production /liliMaintain brand voice and visual consistency; ensure error-free publishing /liliBonus: Ability to create structured long-form content (e.g., articles, Twitter threads, guides) /li /ulp4. KOL Management Expansion (5%) /pulliIdentify, onboard, and manage KOLs across platforms like Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram /liliDevelop campaign briefs, monitor performance, and manage deliverables /liliHandle budgets, agreements, and performance analysis /li /ulp5.
