We’re Amazon’s Delivery Experience (ADX) team, supporting and advocating for Amazon’s global network of delivery partners and Operations professionals. We’re looking for a customer‑obsessed Multimedia Designer to bring our messaging and brands to life across several bespoke channels.Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week worldwide. The ADX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners and internal Operations teams, communicating business‑critical information and program updates. This role supports communications for both “community” types (DSP and AFP audiences) by driving the production of bespoke multimedia content across a variety of platforms (digital community, live events, etc.).The Multimedia Designer role is best suited for a creative executor who can work independently and collaboratively with diverse cross‑functional business teams. Ideal candidates dive deep into existing brand guidelines and produce high‑quality creative assets that meet or exceed customer needs. Standouts possess a strong eye for design, proficiency in producing small‑to‑medium digital assets in various formats, and project management skills to prioritize and deliver against multiple competing priorities.Key Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Creative Director to adopt multiple brand guidelines and identities across a diverse set of creative media needs and formats.- Review internal Creative team intake forms for new projects and track ongoing work.- Concept, design, revise, and deliver digital creative assets such as logos, banners, infographics, GI
