He/she is responsible for managing back-office activities in the office, such as:
\n
- Managing office mailbox, handling phone calls, and activities related to incoming operation flows.
- Verify the correct, complete and accurate data entry of long term rental applications;
- Ensuring the management of the customer creditworthiness evaluation finalized to loan granting activity within the autonomy granted her/him by the Branch and regulated by the company guidelines;
- Ensure full compliance regarding documentation to be checked before contract activation

- Balance-sheet analysis
- Antifraud checks on private/individual customer’s documents
- Tool AS400
