Elevate Financial Strategy and Drive Operational Excellence
We're seeking a strategic Sr. Financial Analyst who will transform financial insights into business decisions. You will be the financial architect behind Ring's operational efficiency, turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that directly impact our company's bottom line and future growth.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Comprehensive Financial Visibility: Provide detailed insights into Ring and Blink's financial performance, focusing on subscription revenue, cost of goods sold, and strategic financial metrics.
- Forecast and Process Optimization: Develop and maintain dynamic financial forecasts, continuously identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Cross‐Functional Financial Leadership: Partner with teams across subscriptions, logistics, procurement, and operations to align financial goals and drive organizational efficiency.
- Performance Benchmarking: Design and implement robust financial performance measurement frameworks.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that illuminate key performance drivers.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
- 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
- 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
- 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a quantitative role (engineering, process re‐engineering, quality assurance) with 5+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- MBA or CPA.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience working with large‐scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Benefits and Salary
Base salary range: USA, CA, Hawthorne – $72,600.00 to $117,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
