We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Distribution Center.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order assembly and dispatch
Ensure efficient use of space, equipment and resources while meeting quality, budget and environmental targets
Maintain accurate stock control systems and ensure inventory reliability
Plan operational capacity and anticipate future requirements
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean principles
Recruit, train and develop staff, monitoring performance and fostering teamwork
Ensure compliance with EHS, hygiene and security standards
Communicate daily priorities to Team Leaders and ensure alignment across the operation
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor service quality
Supporte the achievement of cost budget targets and contributing to the DC’s financial stability
Oversee maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent in logistics, management or related fields
Be familiar with ISO 90001 standard
Solid experience in warehouse management and logistics operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS systems
Familiarity with Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Personal Characteristics
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and plan ahead
