In this role, you would be responsible for maintaining consistent and compliant payroll operations by driving effective relationships with our payroll and benefits providers in Belgium, the UK, Switzerland, France, Spain, and the United States. You will not be performing payroll calculations yourself, but act as the primary point of contact between Keyrock and these providers. You’ll ensure our employees receive timely and accurate payments, specialized benefits, and policies compliant in their region. You’ll also use your knowledge of multinational HR operations to contribute to the creation of attractive compensation programs in a growing list of countries. This role can be fulfilled remotely or hybrid in one of our offices – Brussels, London, or Paris. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liManage relationships with our payroll providers in Europe and North America, ensuring timely payments, smooth operations, and effective troubleshooting /li liBenefits administration, including enrolling employees in new benefits, answering questions, and relaying feedback /li liFacilitate employment contract issuance and signing for incoming staff, supporting the HR and Legal teams with updates to existing contractual templates as needed for new and existing staff /li liCollaborate with HR Operations teammates to create and implement payroll operations, a suite of benefits, and other jurisdiction‑specific policies for new entities /li liOnboard and offboard employees from payroll systems /li liPartner closely with HR Operations teammates and Finance to ensure data integrity and a seamless flow of information impacting payroll /li liAssist with optimizing our payroll and benefits‑related internal processes through new automations or integrations between our tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll portals) /li liResearch and communicate relevant labor law regarding compensation, taxes, and paid leave to ensure our policies are compliant across multiple jurisdictions /li liPerform salary, bonus, and benefits optimization projects for our employees, maintaining competitive, value‑driven compensation packages /li /ul h3Background, experience and competences /h3 ul liAt least two years of previous experience in an HR Operations or Payroll/Benefits role, supporting employees based in more than one country /li liA strong understanding of payroll systems, taxes, and common benefits, with the ability to quickly learn these conditions in a new jurisdiction /li liExperience managing relationships with multiple external service providers and/or payroll providers is a significant plus /li liOrganisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities effectively under pressure /li liA deep curiosity for digital assets and financial services, and the ability to make decisions based on value added for our business and our talent strategy /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with teammates and other stakeholders, whether you work remotely or join one of our offices /li liAbility to combine strategic thinking with operational delivery.
