Job Description
The company is seeking a Chief Administration Financial Controller to oversee the administration and financial activities of all group companies. The role will report directly to the CFO and owners, coordinating administrative and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the finance team, with responsibility for accounting, management control, treasury, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Manage relationships with auditing firms, tax consultants, banks, and external authorities.
- Prepare and verify commercial contracts and procurements, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and corporate documentation.
- Provide legal support in contract negotiations and monitoring compliance with contractual clauses.
- Support top management in strategic decisions and growth projects (including investments, extraordinary operations, M&A;).
- Ensure regulatory and tax compliance in collaboration with external consultants.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC).
- Good knowledge of the English language.
Working Conditions:
The position involves direct entry into the company with an indefinite employment contract.
