Ph3Overview /h3 pFor our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). /p h3Your Impact /h3 pAs part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liData analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs /li liParticipation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs /li liManaging relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses /li liExecution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products /li liSupport and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices,..) /li liAccurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required /li liManage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar /li liAbility to work both independently and in teams, with a hands‑on approach /li liProblem solving and focus on results /li liGood communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude /li liExcellent organizational and technical skills /li liComputer (Microsoft Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel /li liFluent English (written and spoken). Any additional language is an advantage /li liSAP knowledge is a plus /li /ul h3Would Appreciate a Person that is /h3 pInterested in the Logistics operations in Fashion Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
