You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to deliver high‐impact, market‐leading products in complex domains. You will play a key role in defining our visual language, establishing design standards, and contributing to the evolution of our design system, while ensuring a consistent, high‐quality user interface across products.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate pixel‐perfect visual designs for complex, data‐driven productsDeliver early‐stage visual concepts as well as detailed, production‐ready UI designsClearly articulate design decisions, explaining rationale, trade‐offs, and valueCollaborate with Brand to define visual guidelines and quality benchmarksWork closely with UX Designers on flows, interactions, and overall user experiencePartner with Engineers to ensure efficient, high‐quality implementationContribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the design systemStay current with UI design trends, tools, and best practicesActively contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team cultureSkills, Experience, and Qualifications5+ years of experience in visual/UI designStrong expertise in visual design fundamentals (typography, color, layout, hierarchy)Proven ability to align design solutions with brand and business objectivesExperience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and EngineersExcellent attention to detail and high standards for visual qualityAdvanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative SuiteFluency in English (B2) and ItalianValid EU work permit for non‐EU candidatesA strong portfolio demonstrating both design outcomes and design processPursuant to Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates registered on the disability list will be given priority.
