The candidate will lead initiatives that improve operational processes, ensure the efficient flow of goods, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners while driving digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead complex logistics and operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the required quality level. /li liDefine project governance frameworks and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, coordinating business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders. /li liDrive digital transformation initiatives, fostering the adoption of new technologies, automation, and supply‑chain visibility tools. /li liAnalyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, innovative solutions. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring an efficient flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers. /li liDevelop and present reports, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations to communicate project status, KPIs, and key insights to senior leadership. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liAt least 5–8 years of experience in logistics project management, preferably in the sportswear, fashion, or retail industry. /li liStrong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, DTC/marketplace, and digital operations. /li liProject management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma). /li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams. /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. /li /ul pIn Champion we believe that with success comes opportunity.
