THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Personal Assistant for the SVP Marketing and the SVP Reebok. You will provide administrative and organizational support and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Manage the agendas of the SVP Marketing and SVP Reebok
2. Organize meetings and manage the logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, sending out calendar invites, preparing written materials,
3. Arrange international and national travel arrangements including but not limited to, hotel and flight reservations, pick-ups, meeting itineraries
4. Take detailed minutes throughout meetings
5. Create powerpoint presentations
6. Prepare expense reports
7. Create recap files and reports
8. General secretarial activities where required
WHO YOU ARE
9. 2+ years experience in a similar role
10. Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint and excel
11. Highly organized multitasker who works well under pressure
12. Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
13. Flexible with excellent communication skills
14. Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken; this will be tested in the interview process
