As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting Italian-speaking customers with their car rental needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience during their travels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries and reservations promptly and professionally.
* Manage the rental process from vehicle pick-up to return, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct vehicle inspections and effectively communicate rental terms and conditions to customers.
* Collaborate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and high service quality.
* Keep up-to-date with the fleet and promotions to provide customers with relevant information and support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
* Experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
