Event Schedule
* Welcome & Introduction: Our recruitment team will welcome you and share an inside look at the cabin crew role, the unique experience of working for Emirates, and the vibrant lifestyle that awaits in Dubai.
* Assessment Activities: You'll participate in collaborative group exercises and complete an online test at the venue.
* Final Interview: This is our opportunity to connect with you personally. We want to hear your story, understand your motivation, and learn why you are drawn to joining our prestigious team.
Preparation Checklist
* Valid ID for entry.
* Digital copies of the following documents ready on your phone: an up-to-date CV written in English, a copy of your highest education certificate, a PDF copy of your passport.
Dress Code
* Women: Business attire with heels. Hair should be neatly tied back, and we recommend full makeup.
* Men: Suit or smart business attire with formal shoes. Hair should be neatly presented, and faces clean‑shaven.
Requirements
* Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued advantage).
* A natural, charismatic team player with a personality that radiates warmth and confidence.
* At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm.
* Able to meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
* In possession of a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade12).
* Equipped with at least one year of hands‑on experience in hospitality or customer service.
* Free of any visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

* Competitive tax‑free salary: As a GradeII (Economy Class) cabin crew member, your monthly earnings are comprised of a fixed basic salary, an hourly flying pay, and an overseas allowance. Your average total monthly pay will be approximately AED11,244 (around USD3,061).
