Working closely and reporting to the Member Experience Manager, this role focuses on operational execution, daily member engagement, and coordination of experiences to ensure excellence at every touchpoint.Main duties and responsibilitiesPrepare and coordinate upcoming member and guest visits, ensuring all preferences and special requests are fulfilled.Maintain clear and consistent communication within the Experience Team throughout each stay.Personally welcome members and guests, maintaining an active presence to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.Creativity - Contribute with ideas and assist in organizing experiences that elevate and enrich each member's stay.Support the planning and execution of curated itineraries and tailored experiences.Coordinate logistics for on- and off-property activities.Assist in organizing club events and activations, including vendor communication and BEO preparation.Ensure seamless on-site execution during experiences and eventsRequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint; Excel preferred).Canva (basic working knowledge).Familiarity with Oracle Opera or similar reservation systems.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Outgoing and service-oriented personality, with a passion for engaging with people and being present in the field.Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends and peak periods.Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindsetBenefitsFull-time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)Meals provided both during working hours and on days offUniforms and laundry service providedOngoing training to enhance personal and professional developmentDiscounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities available at the resort and estateAccommodation with free Wi-Fi can be arranged upon request for those coming from outside the areaThis research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.This position is based in Tuscany.
