Management of one direct report (FPA Manager). /p pWe seek a senior finance professional with global management experience and full PL understanding, combining deep operational and technical financial expertise with a proven ability to drive organizational growth and a strong understanding of complex, multinational business environments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libFinancial Leadership Global Controlling /b ul liLead global FPA processes: budget KPIs, reforecast, monthly performance commentary and gap analysis. /li liPreparation of deliverables to the Executive Committee, including presentations and ad hoc analyses. /li liProvide cross‑functional financial analysis to support corporate strategies and organizational priorities. /li liBusiness partnering with Heads of Regions and Global functions (Sales, Marketing, IT). /li liSupport leadership in all figure‑related tasks, ensuring high‑quality outputs for decision‑making and strategic discussions. /li liStrong technical expertise in consolidations, transfer pricing, intercompany eliminations, multi‑entity reporting, and foreign currency translation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of IFRS (and US GAAP where relevant) and global compliance frameworks. /li /ul /li libMA Activities /b ul liTake part in screening MA opportunities, challenge acquisition cases, and support due diligence processes. /li liSupport financial integration of acquired companies to align processes and group reporting requirements. /li liPartner with teams on business growth initiatives, evaluating financial feasibility and conducting due diligence. /li liLead and support MA activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning. /li liMust have strong, hands‑on experience in evaluating companies, assessing risk, and applying sound judgment with strategic oversight. /li /ul /li libCross‑Functional Collaboration Business Partnering /b ul liPoint of contact with Group Corporate Finance (Group Control, Treasury, Finance Shared Service Centers). /li liAct as the go‑to person for Country Business Managers for finance topics and for local Finance teams regarding global business requirements. /li liMust be resilient, agile and able to communicate clearly with affiliates, building trust and credibility with local and global stakeholders. /li /ul /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 h3Key Requirements /h3 ul libEducation Certifications /b ul liMinimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. /li liCFA or ACCA certified is a strong plus. /li /ul /li libExperience /b ul liExtensive experience (minimum 15 years) in financial controlling, FPA, or business partnering roles in multi‑regional corporate environments. /li liProven track record in MA: due diligence, integration processes, valuation, and supporting acquisition decisions. /li liExperience working in a global, high‑growth environment with full PL understanding. /li /ul /li libTechnical Skills /b ul liAdvanced proficiency in financial tools and systems (Excel, BI).
