How will you make an impact in this role?
You will manage and optimize PAYBACK communications strategy at Coalition Partners' physical stores and online properties.
You will support the design and launch of PAYBACK Coalition Campaigns, both online and in-store, and be a reference point for PR activities (press releases, LinkedIn, event organization, awards ceremonies, etc.).
You will also manage PAYBACK digital communication channels and creative digital communication campaigns, through its newsletter, website, app and push-notification channels, ensuring cost control and budget management.
You will supervise, evaluate and report on the performance of communications activities across all touch-points; make recommendations based on discovered findings/opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional business units, including CRM, Legal, Compliance and Operations Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in similar roles in marketing, especially in retail and grocery industry
Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English; ability to optimally communicate complex information to multiple audiences
A passion for communication, telling stories, and engaging audiences
Good project management skills, being able to prioritise multiple activities with tight timelines
Highly proficient in creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint
Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Creative thinking, flexibility and the ability to lead, drive and measure change
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Video editing, image processing and optimisation tools are a plus
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in Italy is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
