As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel’s pristine environment, ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas reflect Aman’s renowned luxury standards. This position is based on property at Aman Rosa Alpina, San Cassiano Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. Responsibilities: Maintain Cleanliness & Order: - Clean and maintain guest room floors, corridors, and elevator landing areas to the highest standards. - Ensure housekeeping storage areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked. Guest Service & Requests: - Promptly deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisors. - Handle guest laundry pickup and inspection, ensuring careful processing. - Maintain flower arrangements in corridors and public areas. Daily Housekeeping Duties: - Perform room cleaning with precision and efficiency. - Provide "Magic Service" by exceeding guest expectations in every interaction. - Assist Housekeeping Supervisors and team members to ensure seamless operations. Sustainability & Teamwork: - Support eco-friendly practices by reducing waste and promoting recycling. - Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to maintain service excellence. Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: - Languages: Fluent in English and Italian. - Skills & Attributes: - Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude. - A team player with a keen eye for cleanliness and detail. Desirable Attributes: - Experience: 1 year in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel. - Additional Languages: Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
