We are looking for an experienced
Senior Document Controller
to support our
EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) project
for high-voltage cable interconnections. This role involves managing documentation processes, ensuring smooth workflows, and improving communication between construction sites, subcontractors, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities : Oversee the management, control, and distribution of project documents related to
high-voltage terrestrial cable installations. Ensure adherence to internal and external documentation standards and guidelines. Streamline as-built document workflows to enhance collaboration between
construction sites, subcontractors, and engineering teams. Develop efficient systems for
document classification, tracking, and archiving. Organize and maintain a
structured archive
of project documents to ensure they are easily accessible for future projects. Optimize the handling of repetitive document types to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. Coordinate document submissions and approvals to maintain project timelines. Maintain accurate records and support audits and compliance checks. Qualifications and Experience : At least 5 years of experience as a Document Controller
in large-scale EPCI projects, ideally in high-voltage cable interconnections. Strong knowledge of
document management systems and workflows. Familiarity with
engineering and construction documentation standards. Ability to
organize and standardize repetitive documentation
for better efficiency. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in
document management tools Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : Background in
EPCI project document management ; experience in
terrestrial cable installation projects
is a plus. Experience in industrial engineering, construction, or a related technical field.
