The main tasks of the job will be: - Quarterly DEI KPIs monitoring across the Group - Implementation of Acceleration program for women - Organization of ERGs and Community events - Design of initiatives to raise the awareness on specific DEI topics (such us seminars on inclusions, toolkits for inclusive language and behaviors, etc.) - Design and delivery of internal/external communication campaigns - Scouting for new ideas and innovative approaches Must have: - 2-4 years of experience in HR field - Advanced in MS Office tools (in particular with Power Point, Excel and Teams feature) - Excellent verbal and written skills, fluency in English - Experience in international working environment is a plus Soft skills: - Passionate about DEI topics - Great team player, with excellent communication skills and are very interested in building relationships with colleagues around the world and creating value for both internal customers and the Grou - Creative, curious, proactive and open to challenges - Innovative and solution/results oriented
