Direct reporting to: Plant manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Office Manager to oversee all technical activities within our production facility and manage the procurement of equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the operational efficiency of our plant, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive investments in new technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure the regular functionality and efficiency of all plant equipment.
2. Organise and supervise ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance.
3. Coordinate the implementation of investments in new technologies.
4. Manage the procurement of equipment, technical services, maintenance materials, and small tools.
5. Update and maintain technical documentation for equipment and machinery.
6. Oversee and control external contractors performing maintenance, ensuring compliance with access and safety regulations.
7. Lead and manage the internal maintenance team.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with workplace safety and food safety regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
9. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
10. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment, preferably in the agri-food sector.
11. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, and electrical/photovoltaic design software (Software H).
12. Good command of English.
13. Knowledge of Project management
