Role Mission: Full-Stack Web Developer

Required Skills & Experience Hard Skills:
* Excellent proficiency in PHP (Laravel preferred).
* Strong command of JavaScript (Vue.js preferred).
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS (Tailwind CSS is a plus).
* Experience utilizing Git and branch/feature-based workflows.
* Diploma or Degree in an IT-related field.
* English proficiency level B1.
Soft Skills:
* Strong passion for programming and commitment to professional growth.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and autonomy in task management.
* Demonstrated initiative and results-oriented focus.
* Excellent aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
Mandatory Experience:
* 3 years of experience as a Web Developer.
