This position collaborates closely with the European EC leadership team and affiliate functions to deliver coaching on automation strategies, identify potential synergies and gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions. Additionally, the role provides governance on automation‑related decisions and oversees pilot activities. Working in partnership with global Ethics and Compliance teams, the leader coordinates the implementation of automation pilots, whether for the European Hub or individual affiliates—to ensure these initiatives support effective affiliate risk management and are scalable.
