Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute efficient personnel management plans
* Keep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives
* Improve the skills of our Professional Services consultants
* Maintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the team
* Maintain a good relationship with all customers
* Strive to continuously improve our current service offerings
* Help develop additional service offerings to enhance our value
* Manage customer escalations
* Always strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure
* Have 1:1 meetings with your consultants
* Identify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changes
* Be a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussions
* Be proactive and innovative
* Help with consultant recruitment and hiring
Qualifications
* Experience in managing a team of technical consultants or engineers
* Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
* Good resource planning skills
* Excellent leadership and customer service skills
* Strong teamwork skills and attention to details
* Experience with Check Point products is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree is a plus
* Good experience using standard business applications and software
* Ability to manage conflicts and have better decision-making skillsCapacity to train team members
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
